Here at The Sugar Barn, we offer a variety of options to customize your event with ease, creating a reflection of you on your special day. Planning and managing the many vendors and design choices can be overwhelming and could take away from the joy of your memorable day. We have preferred vendors who have experience working at The Sugar Barn and have received stellar reviews. With our preferred vendors, you will have the confidence that everything will go smoothly, because they are familiar with the venue and have worked together on previous events.

Select your favorite vendor that fits your style from our preferred vendor list.  Reach out to them directly, and when they know you are planning with The Sugar Barn, they will work with your special pricing and offer you a wide variety of choices so you can customize your event. Their offerings help you stay on budget and allow you to offer your guests the very best experience.

Exclusive access to the Sugar Barn property including the Ceremony Grove, the Groom's Cabin, the oversized Bridal "Sweet", the Sugar Barn reception hall, and numerous locations throughout the property for photographs.


We will appoint one of our experienced planners who are knowledgeable with The Sugar Barn to keep everyone on task and on time. Our planner will direct the set up of all areas of the venue and manage the vendors, all while keeping to the planned timeline you designed with them for a flawless event.


We encourage you to meet with the florist and choose what best fits your style. You may add to this package as needed and work directly with the florist for any additional flowers.


We have a few choices for catering within our package. You may choose between a BBQ meal or an Italian meal and desserts or you may choose to upgrade your package. You will be invited to a tasting if you wish to upgrade your dining experience.


Design your tables with our staff and let us take care of the set up and break down, leaving you and your family free to enjoy your wedding day. We include table runners, greenery, silk flowers, floating candles, votive candles, your choice of charger and plates, flatware, cloth napkins, and goblets. During your table design session, you will choose the color silk flowers, napkins, and table runners that fit your theme. For an additional fee, your florist can add live flowers and greenery.


We have several wedding DJs to choose from. They will emcee and entertain your guests during the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception. This price reflects a 5-hour service. Additional time may be added for a fee. Please look at our list of DJs and choose one that fits your style.


All of our wedding photographers are unique and have different styles. They know the Sugar Barn and all the best spots and times for your pictures. When choosing a wedding photographer from our preferred list, be sure to ask what all they offer within this package. Most of them include 2 photographers for 8 hours. Some of our photographers have video and drone capability.


Our service includes a bartender, two types of domestic beer, red and white wine, and juices, sodas, garnishes, napkins, cups, and ice. Our wedding bartenders will serve during the cocktail hour, dinner and reception for up to 5 hours.

Please Note:
  • The Sugar Barn schedules and manages the uniquely priced vendors for a 12% fee reflected in the pricing, along with 7% sales tax on tangible items.
  • We require a “Day of Event” permit/insurance policy you purchase for about $185. We will refer you to the insurance agent.
  • The additional charge per guest over 100 people is $115.

We also offer Micro-Weddings on Sunday through Thursday for 50 guests or less for $15,900 for a complete venue and vendor package.


  • High-tech digital photo booth for $500.
  • Helicopter exit from The Sugar Barn Runway, (approximately $1,750) booked directly with the helicopter service.
  • Bus transportation to and from hotels or other locations is $1,200-$1,500.
  • Wedding ceremony officiant referrals available averaging $300.
  • Wedding videographers are available from $2000 and up.
  • LED uplight units that can be multi-color and follow your music for $500.
  • Gun range with safety range officer and targets for $750.
  • There are numerous cottages, overlooking Lake Rosalie, approximately 1 mile away for 3 nights starting at $750.

We also offer additional decor packages to complete your look with ease from the ceremony space to the fireplace mantle and other display tables. With these packages, you not only stay on budget, but you also save time.  Instead of spending time shopping and storing items, transporting, setting up and breaking down, let our staff do it for you.  All these details are available during our planning sessions.
