Our all inclusive packages

Most of the packages we offer are ‘All Inclusive’, as researching and comparing the many vendors that you need to make a wedding day complete can be overwhelming, not to mention time consuming, so we do it for you!

We have trusted and talented partners who have received stellar reviews from previous families and have had plenty of experience working at our venue, and with each other! As we have developed such great relationships with these vendors, they offer their services to us for exclusive rates within our packages.

Once you have picked your favorite, we will deal with booking them for your event. You can then work directly with them to personalize your wedding and add any extra touches that you might require.

Included in our all inclusive packages

ON-SITE CATERING

We are pleased to offer on-site catering included in our packages, led by our Executive Chef. Our kitchen can accommodate many different types of cuisine such as BBQ, Mexican, Italian or even a combination if that’s your preference! A menu tasting 3 or 4 months prior to your wedding is included in our packages.(Catering not included in our ‘Elopement’ package)

PLACE SETTINGS

We lay full place settings for you and your guests, including flatware, water goblets, your choice of charger, white or vintage plates, and coloured cloth napkins.(Place Settings not included in our Elopement Package)

BAR SERVICE

Our bar service will run during the cocktail hour, dinner and evening reception, and it includes experienced bartenders and a full liquor bar (depending on your package).

INCLUDED VENDORS

PHOTOGRAPHER

All of our Photographers are very familiar with our venue and they know the best spots and times to catch incredible pictures! We know this is a very personal aspect of your Wedding day, so we have ensured there are many different styles for you to choose from! We know you will be spoilt for choice!

DJ

We have several DJs for you to choose from. You work with them on your wedding playlist of ‘must-have’ and ‘definitely-must-not-have’ songs!!! They will emcee and entertain your guests during the ceremony, cocktail hour, and evening reception.(DJ not included in our ‘Elopement’ package)

WEDDING FLOWERS

Each package has an allocation for fresh flowers that you can use with our Florist however you wish, to create your dream floral arrangements!

WEDDING COORDINATOR

We provide a top rated Wedding Coordinator who will assist with your pre-planning, and on the day of your Wedding, they will look after you from morning set-up until the last sparkler has faded!

VENUE MANAGER

The Sugar Barn Venue Manager will assist you throughout the planning process alongside your Wedding Coordinator and will be on-site throughout your event.

INCLUDED DESIGN & DECOR

TABLE DECOR

We include table runners, greenery, floating candles, votive candles and silk flowers, all in multiple styles and colors for you to choose from. You will be invited to a Table scaping session at the venue where you will design your tables with our staff, and we will recreate them on your wedding day exactly as instructed!

FULL SET-UP, BREAK-DOWN & CLEAN-UP SERVICE

Let us take care of the set-up, break-down and cleaning, leaving you and your family free to enjoy your special day. We just ask that you take away your personal belongings and any decor items that you are wanting to keep.

VENDORS NOT INCLUDED

The services that we do not include in our packages but can make recommendations for are as follows; Wedding Officiant / Videographer / Cake / Hair & Makeup / Live Musicians / Event Insurance.
